Our Go Green BK calendar is bursting with fun and free/low-cost greentastic events, that celebrate and care for our beautiful world. Go birding, walk along the Brooklyn waterfront, and discover the Vale of Cashmere. Enjoy an arborist walking tour, an outdoor art class, a houseplant workshop, a garden multi-sensory celebration, a kite festival, a nature-inspired theater workshop, the Pinkster Celebration, the NY Transit’s fundraiser Party on Wheels, chamber music at a boathouse, and a bonsai workshop at your favorite local brewery. Get fit with a health festival, pilates, zumba, and an uplifting wellness walk. Unwind with like-minded knitters. Drop by a seed “library” and an e-waste recycling pop-up. Grab a blanket and take in a free summer movie in local parks and park centers: Inside Out 2 and King Richard.
