Our Go Green BK calendar is bursting with fun and free/low-cost greentastic events, that celebrate and care for our beautiful world. Go birding and kayaking. Enjoy a live bird show, a camp out in an urban park, a Brooklyn Bridge Anniversary Family Walk, a walk along the Brooklyn waterfront, a BAM DanceAfrica community workshop, a nature-inspired theater workshop, an open bluegrass jam session, chamber music at a boathouse, and a bonsai workshop at your favorite local brewery. Get fit with pilates, zumba, and an uplifting wellness walk. Unwind with like-minded knitters. Learn to identify medicinal plants in local parks and make string from seaweed and use it to knit and crochet.. Grab a blanket and take in a free summer movie in local parks and park centers: Everywhere All at Once, Moana2 and Wall-E.
