Our Go Green BK calendar is bursting with fun and free/low-cost greentastic events, that celebrate and care for our beautiful world. Go community science seining, birding and kayaking. Enjoy a horseshoe crab discovery walk, historical walk, a walk along the Jamaica Bay shores, a Brooklyn Bridge waterfront walk, a seed library, and a bonsai workshop at your favorite local brewery. Get fit with pilates, zumba, and an uplifting wellness walk. Unwind with like-minded sewers and knitters. Check out a bocce tournament, a chamber music performance, experimental dance/theater performances, and a fur-babies meet-up. Grab a blanket and take in a free summer movie in local parks and park centers: Blade and Sonic the Hedgehog 3.
