A walk up East Street leads to the Maryland State House, the oldest state capitol building still in use. "Winter in Annapolis" is an archival-quality print in limited edition reproduced from the original oil painting...hand-signed and numbered by the artist.

This hand-signed, limited edition print shows the Georgetown waterfront in Washington, DC, featuring the Car Barn building and the Key Bridge...named for Francis Scott Key, the composer of our National Anthem, "The Star-Spangled Banner." Key himself once lived in a house not far from the future site of this bridge, on what is now M Street and the banks of the C&O Canal. Key Bridge, completed in 1923, is Washington's oldest surviving bridge across the Potomac River. "Key Bridge at Georgetown" is a limited edition archival quality print from Paul's original pencil drawing.
