Training Run!
We are hosting a training run on the Sinister 7 course on May 15-16. Please drop us a note if you intend to come, just so we can gauge how many people will be here. On May 15 we will do Leg 3 (32km) and on May 16 we will do Leg 7. Leg 7 will require a shuttle, which we will work out when we know how many people are coming. Possibly something else if people are really keen and the snow is melting fast.
On both Saturday and Sunday morning we will meet at Gazebo Park, across from Stone's Throw Café in Blairmore, at 9:00am. Stone's Throw is open at around 7:00 on Saturday but not until 10:00 on Sunday so keep that in mind.
You need to bring your own supplies for the run but we will have water stations set up on the longer route.
If you need accommodations on the training weekend, I personally have a cabin to rent out that can accommodate several people (insert shameless self promotion here). If you want another place to stay, please contact me or have a look at our site.

Shirt Sizes
Due to the number of registrations we plan to order our shirts soon. If you need to change your shirt sizes, please do so by May 7. You can do this by editing your profile on the Registration Page of our website. Note that you will need the email address and password that were used when you signed up.
Note that our women's tech shirts tend to fit a bit on the small side. If you are unsure, our supplier suggests going up one size. Please refer to this sizing chart if you need more info. http://www.zorrel.com/catalog/product.php?pid=43

Team Member Changes
Since we are full and ordering shirts and trying to get our registration sorted out early, we have to ask that all teams try and get any additions or changes to their roster finalized this week. We will always try and accommodate changes but after the first week of May, we cannot guarantee shirt availability if your team is modified or you add members.
