Nov Group Show at Archival Gallery, Sacramento
New Silk Paintings |
|
|
William Ishmael is curating a special invitational show at Archival Framing, 3223 Folsom Blvd, Sacramento this November. Appropriately titled
William Ishmael and Friends, William has invited a group of artist friend to make individual work that resonates. I always tell William (I'm one of many fans) "Where you lead, I will follow." So, when William asked me to create a new series of my Silk Paintings (which interact well with his Steel Paintings) how could I refuse! I've been creating a new series of acrylic on silk paintings for this upcoming show, much like my paintings at the UCD Comprehensive Cancer Center Lobby. More in next month's newsletter about the
Friends show at Archival, or visit my website! |
