We have achieved so much for RASNA in these years. Beyond attaining extra virgin status, we have the prestigious IGP categorization in Italy, and the prized organic certification in Italy This means that our “green gold” is the result of hand-picked and freshly press olives derived from terrain in Central Tuscany that is completely devoid of any chemical fertilizers or products of any kind. As such, RASNA is a product of rare pureness and authenticity, practically unavailable in any market. and the U.S. (USDA).
Despite the less than favorable exchange rate between the Euro and the dollar, we’ve managed to not raise prices on RASNA this year, and actually have reduced them in one important way—the .75L bottle is discontinued, but it is replaced by an elegant full one-liter tin, at the same price as last year’s .75L size—with 25% more oil coming to you! The .5L (half-liter) bottle also remains the same price as last year, as do three and five liter tins. |

A new item is the small and economic 150ml. mini-tin, an ideal way for people that have never tasted precious RASNA to sample it. It’s a savory little .15L (150ml) treat that’s perfect as in introduction, only $15 including shipping.
All prices, quantities, shipping and ordering details can be found on www.rasna.com. This year's high quality means not enormous quantity - I've set aside quite a bit of oil, but we suggest you get your orders in!
Having just gotten back from my midWestern U.S. book and Rasna tour, I am ready to ship. As usual, the U.S. treated and welcomed me extremely well. The friendliness and generosity Americans possess--that I discovered on my first trip in 2005--no longer surprises me. THANKS to all.
Next newsletter will have more updates about my new book, An Osteria In Chianti, 2009 trips to China and the U.S. and more!
Ciao and Happy Thanksgiving!
