It's here. We're about to cook it seems. This was a fun email from one of my very trusted herbal suppliers, BotanicalBiohacking.com.
The sun stands highest—pauses—then turns.
A single cicada sings too soon,
Warning of decline within fullness,
As shade becomes something to seek.

Reflective Prompt:
“Can you sense the turning point, even at the height of growth? Rest is not weakness; it is wisdom.”
Body Practice:
Eat cooling foods. Walk at dusk, not at noon.
Relational Thread:
Sit in silence with a friend. Sometimes stillness is the truest gift.
Seasonal Gift:
Pass this to someone striving at their peak. Remind them that rest is part of greatness.
Also if you haven't noticed I've changed the name of the practice to Lehr Herb and Acupuncture highlighting how serious I've been pushing herbs now. And my web site is now LehrHerb.com. Acupuncture is of course great for many things, but consistently taking a custom herbal formula is sometimes a more powerful remedy for chronic issues.
Stay cool! (but not with too many cold drinks ;-)
