Mark is an accomplished Fly Tyer and is a featured tyer at many fly tying and fishing expos.  Mark has become a real promoter of kayak fly fishing as well as fishing for big trout in our local lakes and rivers.  

 

Mark will be tying some baitfish and large nymph patterns that work well for big trout as well as bass.  Mark's version of the girdle bug is an all around fish slayer!

 

Mark is also a leader locally in Project Healing Waters.  You can find him leading PHW outings and also teaching fly tying to returning Vets.

 

We will have some fly tying stations set up to try out Marks patterns.  Tie along and make some new additions to your box!

 

One of our bucket raffles will contain a casting lesson from Jennifer LaFollette at Royal Treatment Fly Shop.  Jennifer is an accomplished caster and can help you improve your single hand or 2-hand casting for improved success.
