New Semester
The Fall Semester for the 2025-2026 school year starts the week of August 18th. You are welcome to starts earlier or later but consider reserving your lesson time when you know your schedule. |

Payment Process
Please check your invoice for the Due Date. As usual, you will receive an invoice email and a reminder a few days before the due date. $20 late payment fee will be applied to all invoices paid after the the Due Date. Thank you for your understanding.

All lessons are subject to the
Cancellation Policy
which requires that any cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time.

Our clients receive a calendar event notification for their scheduled music lessons. This will help ensure that a session is never missed and students stay informed of any updates.
Here’s what you can do with this feature:
- View and add the event directly to your personal calendar;
- Set reminders for upcoming lessons;
- Get instant notifications if there are any changes to your lesson time or date;
For more details - check your email (including Promotions/Spam Folder, and other linked accounts).
Calendar markings: EA (Excusable Absence - eligible for make-up class).
Please note: Not accepting, deleting, canceling the event, or changing your response, does not affect the actual lesson. The lesson will proceed as scheduled unless you
notify us by email (zn@6vibez.com), phone call, or text requesting a change or cancellation.
