Elimination of Bias: Mental Health and Addiction
in Older Adults
Our colleagues and our clients are aging. Learn about the realities, risk
factors, and resources specific to mental health problems (including cognitive
impairment) and addiction issues in older adults. Understand unique barriers to
getting help for older adults, characteristics of older adult mental health,
chemical dependency, gambling problems, and the difference between dementia,
grief, and depression. The program will touch on ethical issues that can arise

Who Is My Client? Thorny Conflicts Issues in
Estate Planning and Administration
From the first day the heirs walk in your door, the seeds of potential conflicts
of interest are scattered over the file, waiting to take root. Whether it is a
choice of who will be the fiduciary, disputes between co-fiduciaries, or battles
between the fiduciary and other beneficiaries, conflicts need to be treated
promptly or they will grow out of control. This seminar will provide you with
the herbicide you need to keep your estate-planning practice healthy!
