Bowen Technique with Elizabeth Crawford Here is my condensed version of what Bowen has helped me with so far:(by Sheetal)
Part One –
1. Sinusitis – I had not revealed before the start of my initial session that I’ve been suffering from sinusitis since high school. I had in fact decided to try Bowen to get my carpal tunnel syndrome and my lower back fixed after learning of its non-invasive and gentle procedure. After my 1st session 3 weeks ago, I woke up the next morning with a head cold so bad that I actually felt like my nose was leaking out mucous of its accord. This lasted for about 72 hours and till date, I haven’t had a recurrence of any bout of sinus infection thus far. Prior to this, I would wake up most mornings with a heavy / congested / clogged up feeling behind my eyes and sinus migraines were a part and parcel of my every day life. During the 1st trimester of my pregnancy, I had constant bouts of sinus infections, which used to leave me fatigued and frustrated with zero energy levels. After my Bowen induced head cold, I now wake up in the mornings feeling light and fresh. There is no burning sensation behind my eyes and I haven’t had a single sinus migraine in the past 3 weeks. This has helped a lot with my concentration levels at work and has also dissipated most of my crabby morning mood swings.

Benefits of Walking with a Pedometer and Comparison Chart
|
|
With busy schedules and long work days, it is often hard to find time for some quality exercise. A simple way to incorporate exercise into your daily routine is through walking. It is easy to do and you don’t have to pay a gym membership. Taking a brisk walk for 30 minutes a day is very beneficial to mind, body and health. It has been found that if you cannot commit to 30 minutes at one time, it is just as effective to do three 10 minute walks

One the biggest mistakes women make at breakfast time? Not eating enough.
In the morning, your energy stores are depleted by as much as 80% from the night before. Without food, your body begins to conserve energy and burn fewer calories—making your metabolism take a nosedive. That may be why, in one study, breakfast skippers were nearly 5 times more likely to be obese than breakfast eaters.
See our healthy breakfast recipe to have a good start of your day.
