Spring is here!
Little signs that spring has arrived. Longer days, warmer weather (fingers crossed), and spring flowers poking out of the dirt are just a few things we look forward to.

Spring is a natural time to clear away toxins so the body can reboot after a long, sluggish winter, and many of our detox-friendly foods and herbs naturally emerge in spring. Bitter greens, bright spring vegetables, earthy roots, and vibrant broths and teas form the backbone of a good spring cleanse.
Reflexology helps flush out toxins from the body by stimulating the energy flow through the important organs that are involved in detoxification including the liver, kidney, colon, lungs, and skin.
Aim to eat lots of the following foods during a detox, and extend the benefits by enjoying them regularly in your daily diet.
- Bitter veggies (artichoke, lettuce, escarole, radicchio, arugula, bitter greens, bitter melon)
- Diuretic veggies (dandelion, parsley, burdock, celery)
- Cruciferous veggies (broccoli, kale, watercress, cabbage, bok choy, Brussels sprouts)
- Asparagus
- Avocado
- Beets
- Berries
- Sour citrus
- Cranberries
- Pomegranate
- Garlic and onions
- Mushrooms (cooked or in broth)
- Green tea
- Flax and chia seeds
- Walnuts
- Water
- Culinary herbs and spices, especially turmeric

Spring Clean Your Skin Care Routine
Spring is here, and like every season, we need to prepare for the changes our skin will experience.
As the weather warms and we start shedding layers of clothing, consider exfoliating your dry skin too! Exfoliating is the process of removing the outermost layer of dead skin cells to reveal the smoother skin beneath.
Your skin care routine should mimic your wardrobe, lighter in the warmer months, and heavier in the colder months
Vitamin C is vital in warmer weather to prevent hyperpigmentation.
Clean those makeup brushes, did you know you should be washing your makeup brushes every 2 or 3 weeks?
Clean out your skin care products and replace anything that might have expired. Bacteria, fungus, and mold can grow in old cosmetics and skin care. Using expired products can cause all kinds of problems, including skin irritation, eye infections, and more. If a product has changed in smell, colour or consistency, it’s likely time to replace it.
Having great skin is a combination of regular treatments and a good home care routine.

Vita C 20% Serum
20% Vitamin C is one of the highest concentrations on the market.
After cleansing your skin, apply vitamin C serum to your skin. Two pumps are plenty—more isn’t always better.
Once your vitamin C serum has been absorbed, apply moisturizer. This order is crucial because applying moisturizer before your serum could block your skin from absorbing all of its goodness.
When using a vitamin C always use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF 30 or higher during the day
What will it do for my skin?
- Reduce wrinkles. and fine lines
- Protects collagen and increases production.
- Helps wound healing.
- Protects against sun damage
- Reduces hyperpigmentation and evens skin tone.
- Brightens complexion.
Let Your Skin Spring To Life.
