Each week we will challenge you to perform a movement or an exercise. The goal is complete the task everyday that week. Don’t miss a day. Build a habit. The habit will change each week but doing something physically challenging will improve how your body functions.
This weeks Challenge is hip abduction. Your goal is to perform 50 standing hip abduction exercises on each leg daily. They do not need to be completed all at once but you should attempt to do so. If you begin to feel your back muscles straining, take a break and begin after a rest period, or finish it later in the day.
